Concerned about bugs bothering your baby?
Whether you’re relaxing at home or heading out to watch a game, enjoy a picnic or barbecue, or take a stroll, Tedderfield’s Zipper Top Mosquito Net will protect your child from bug bites and make it easy for you to put your child into a playpen or stroller and get them out again through the zippered opening.
Pick a perfect spot outside to set up your playpen or playard
- Hold the net over it to decide where you’d like the zippers.
- Put the net on and pull the base drawstring tight.
- For the best protection, tuck the net fully under the playpen legs and wheels, to make the top of the net a bit tight.
- Then open the zippers for quick and easy access.
This net has the perfect size mesh–small enough to keep unwanted bugs out and large enough to allow for good air flow.
In the photos on the right, the drawstring base has been pulled tight and the net has been firmly tucked under the playpen legs/wheels to make the top surface pretty tight. If you happen to have kids playing inside or outside around a playpen, and their play gets a bit rambunctious, they might accidentally toss a toy towards the playpen.
As pictured above, this net can “catch” lighter weight toys (like a matchbook car or smaller ball) should they be tossed in the playpen’s direction.
Cover strollers of various sizes and more!
Most nets currently on the market to cover playpens and strollers have elastic around the base which cannot be adjusted. Our net has a drawstring base which can be cinched tight, so the net can easily cover a variety of things including multiple kinds of strollers as pictured below.
Position the zippers where you want them, pull the drawstring tight, tuck in the drawstring and any excess net, and away you go!
The net dimensions are L40.5” x W29.5” x H32.5”. The Zipper Top Mosquito Net can cover anything that fits into these dimensions. No more fighting with the elastic found on most nets!
Another key bonus: If you are out and about with your baby or toddler in a stroller and people wish to say hello, they can see and speak with your child without being able to touch them, minimizing the spread of any potential germs.
